Miss Something in the 2011 Exhibit Hall?

At DeckExpo 2011, the Exhibit Hall was home to all the action!  Between DeckExpo and Remodeling Show, there were 300+ exhibiting manufacturers displaying new products and cool tools who shared with you why their product provides practical solutions.  Our signature live education areas on the show floor helped you refine your techniques and increase your production.

This year, DeckExpo featured:

  • NEW! Outdoor Living Pavilion: Chances are your customers are spending more time outside and decks are a cornerstone to any outdoor space enhancement.  This live action clinic focused on seven great trends you can immediately put to work for taking on more outdoor projects.
  • Live Deck Collapse:  Returning for a third year, the Live Deck Collapse was dedicated to promoting code-compliant deck construction and to raising awareness on the prevalence of non-code-compliant deck construction.
  • Deck Workshop: With decks now a more prominient and distinct part of the home, our clinic presenter helped you make wise and informed choices on fasteners, tools, structural components and boards plus tune you in to the latest in structural requirements and codes. 
  • Wood Pavilion: Introduced in 2010, the Wood Pavilion is a special place for everything wood.
  • Exterior Solutions and Innovations Installation Clinic presented by AZEK.

As an added benefit, DeckExpo attendees will be able to experience Remodeling Show and gain knowledge for taking on projects in indoor living, including:
  • NEW!  Building Performance Zone:  Was the "go-to" place for know-how on Home Performance, Green Building, Moisture Management and Weatherization! 
  • NEW!  Containment Central:  With the impact that the newly enforced EPA RRP ruling has on all contractors, Remodeling Show created this dedicated area to provide a comprehensive in-person guide for all topics Lead RRP! 
  • NEW!  Tool Challenge: The Tool Challenge brought competitive spirits, while some attendees competed in our skill-and-speed challenges.  Many put their time and workmanship against their fellow tradesmen to win some cool prizes! 
  • NEW!  Kitchen & Bath Remodel and Addition Live Demo Area:  Tackle kitchen and bath remodels confidently - this area emphasized production, products and planning aspects for these projects.
  • Product Showcase: Preview new product releases at your own pace in a dedicated area outside the exhibits.
  • Direct-from-the-Manufacturer Demonstrations from Andersen Windows, Schluter Systems and Therma-Tru Doors
  • NEW! Kitchen Under Construction: Implementing the Critical Path Method
