STEP 1 - HOW TO START AN ONLINE APPLICATION
If you are a new exhibitor, you will begin a new contract. Read through the instructions below and click on "Begin New Contract" at the bottom of the page.
As a previous exhibitor you will have access to the online exhibitor portal. From within the portal, you can access the online Booth Application, already pre-populated with your company information. Need to change contact or exhibiting information? No problem - the form will accept changes as you submit them making the application process easy and efficient to complete. After reading the instructions below, you will be provided a link and further Sign In details for the portal.
STEP 2 - EXHIBITING INFORMATION
The first page of the application captures the main exhibit booth details including your booth choices and booth contact information. The page displays the current exhibit space rate and an area to enter total square footage. Instead of viewing the Floor Plan prior to filling out your space contract, the online application will have a link that allows you to view the live floor plan and enter your selections into the application on the screen.
STEP 3 - ADDING SPONSORSHIPS
As part of the application process, you will be able to view the sponsorship menu. You can either click through the entire gallery or search by sponsorship type. Your exhibit shopping cart will update as you click items to purchase.
STEP 4 - THE FINE PRINT
Lastly, the form requires you to add a primary and invoice contact to your account. At this point, you will be able to view and print a list of Exhibit Terms & Conditions. If you would like to view the Terms and Conditions prior to starting the application, please download a copy.
STEP 5 - SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION
The application is 99% complete. Submit your online Exhibit Application with your payment option for approval by Show Management.
Once your application has been submitted, you will receive an email* with an estimated invoice amount. Please note that your application is pending until you receive a confirmation email with a copy of your approved Exhibit Contract, Terms & Conditions and Request for Deposit (if applicable).

IN-LINE (LINEAR) BOOTH

Booths utilized, display materials should be arranged so as not to obstruct
sight lines of neighboring exhibitors. Max height of 12 ft. is allowed only in
the rear half of booth space, with a 4 ft. height restriction imposed on all

adjoining booth. If your
booth exceeds the 8’ high back drape it must be professionally finished &
free from company ID, booth number & all signage.
The entire cubic content of the space may be used up to the maximum allowable height, which is twenty-four feet (24’), including signage. Hanging Signs are not permitted over booths smaller than 400 sf.
- Flooring: All booths must have floor covering within the space. Convention Center flooring will not suffice. Exhibitors can use their own flooring material, as is a great way to showcase product, or can order carpet through Freeman.
- Unfinished Walls: Unfinished walls are subject to review by Show Management.
Should Show Management deem the backside of the booth “unsightly”
and/or does not conform to the overall quality of the show, the
